Как да компилирам .C файл във .Hex файл.?

Здравейте, от доста време се опитвам да разбера как се програмират пик-овете.
Целта ми е да програмирам един температурен датчик да отчита на един LCD екран градусите на дадено устройство със следния код намерен в интернет:

Към проблема: Как този код да го преобразувам в .Hex формат така че да мога да го запиша във контролера?
Бихте ли казали как и от къде да продължа?

Като за начало, вземи един светодиод и се научиш, как да го размигаш с PIC.

Намирисва ми на поредния курсов проект ... скоро имаше и друг юнак с мерак да подкара PIC, LCD и DS18B20 :)
